Lauren McHenry, PhD, CMPC, NCC holds a doctorate degree in kinesiology with a specialization in sport psychology and motor behavior and a masterʼs degree in mental health counseling from the University of Tennessee. Dr. McHenry is a certified mental performance consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors, and is trained in Brainspotting. A former Team USA synchronized skater, Dr. McHenry is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
