Meghan Olt, Ph.D., CMPC Candidate, holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in sport and performance psychology from the University of Denver. She completed her clinical hours with Division I athletes across multiple sports at the University of Georgia and served as the mental performance consultant for women’s basketball during her APA-accredited internship at Utah State University. Meghan was awarded the Outstanding 2024 Student Practice Award from the Association for Applied Sport Psychology for her work with the University of Georgia’s collegiate athletes. A former competitive figure skater and collegiate rower, she understands the demands placed on adolescent and collegiate athletes. Meghan currently lives in San Antonio, TX, while completing her postdoctoral fellowship, which serves the clinical and mental performance needs of adolescent and collegiate athletes.
